This privacy policy applies to the Sudoku Master: Classic Logic app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Guillermo Amado Díaz (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
• The operating system you use on your mobile device.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. It does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Below are the links to the service providers used:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you wish to delete your data:

• You can do so directly within the Application by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This process is permanent and removes your data and profile.
• Alternatively, you can contact us at osirisstudio.games@gmail.com and we will process your request in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the servers.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provide procedural safeguards to protect the data we process.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. This policy is effective as of 2026-04-25.
